Golden Health Care Membership
I. Guidelines of Golden Health Care Membership:
1. RMB10000 should be paid once for applying golden health care card.
2. It can be effective since the day of purchasing without any limitations on duration of service, using persons and numbers of visits, all can enjoy the discount (non-cardholders cannot use without the consent of the cardholder).
3. Member can enjoy 30% discount for medical service fee except from the following items (Discount is only limited for pre-storing amount in the golden health care card):
(1) Special packages (including physical examination package and sales promotion)
(2) Specialist fee, medicine fee and examination fee in the cooperative hospitals
(3) Dental Services: fees of orthodontics, restoration and implant.
(4) Insurance and direct billing service (the discount apply only to non-covered items after direct billing is applied)
4. Member can receive a family first aid kit (with value of 580RMB). When the annual consumption is higher than 8000RMB, the cardholder can enjoy one-time free updating and maintenance service for the kit in the same year.
5. Member is free for prescription fee when purchasing the medicines (Only limited for pre-storing amount in the golden health care card).
6. Set up individual health record for the cardholder and enjoy periodical follow-ups.
7. Member can timely acquire professional information, newsletter and expert suggestions.
8. Member can enjoy 24 hours’ free telephone counseling service.
II. Regulations of Golden Health Care Membership:
1. Recharge:
Continue to pay fees in time when the amount in golden card is less than 1000RMB and the amount for recharge cannot be lower than 5000RMB. When the balance is not enough, member cannot enjoy the membership benefits.
2. The golden health care card is not refundable after purchase.
3. Please check the amount of expenses before making the payment.
4. The revisions and final explanations of the regulation are up to Hong Kong International Medical Clinic, Beijing.
